Ibn al-Qayyim [May Allaah have Mercy on him] said:
The one who views things with the agenda of having hatred alone,
will see all deeds including good ones, as being bad deeds.
The one who views things with the agenda of having love alone will
be the opposite of them.
Nobody is saved from having these two agendas except the one who, as
Allaah Wills from His Generosity and Pleasure, seeks the truth.
