Benefits:

-Its permitted to start from any place of the Ayah if we intended to recite, as quoting and reciting has two separate rulings

-It's permissible to leave out the Atf (wa, fa, thumma etc.) or quote an Ayaah partially, enough to support the point (Istidlaal)
