Shaykh Sa'd bin Naasir ash-Shathree (May Allaah Preserve him) was asked:
May Allaah Bestow upon you great good, in England we can't bury the deceased until all the paper work has been completed. However, they had prayed Salaat al-Jinaazah but the permission to bury was delayed until three days after. What's the ruling on this?
He answered: they do not repeat the Salaat and bury the deceased when they are able.
