Jarir b. Abdullah reported it from the Holy Prophet:
When the slave runs away from his master, his prayer is not accepted.
Explanation
-Salaat not accepted means in reward but the Salaat
is still valid
Others said it's valid and he receives the reward but
is constantly sinning by running away
