Aboo Muhammad ‘Alee bin
Ahmad ibn Hazm al-Andalusee [May Allaah have Mercy on him] said:
If it wasn’t for the
benefits of seeking knowledge and having knowledge itself, having devilish
whispers wouldn’t cease and you will find overwhelming you. The place where you
would have hope would be full of worries, your thoughts will be painful for
yourself and this will become the greatest call you have within yourself. So what
are the virtues of knowledge when we can’t mention them all?
